Our Philosophy

Childhood is a time of play - through play that children acquire important life skills and begin to experiment with their role in society.

Planned and spontaneous daily activities and play experiences allow children to explore, ask and answer questions, solve problems, and offer a variety of social opportunities.

It is our responsibility to build each child’s foundation of inner strength and self confidence, and to help them develop meaningful relationships.

Curriculum should be in constant revision, to reflect the children’s changing developmental abilities, ideas, and interests

Parents and child care staff should work together in a trusting partnership. Ongoing knowledge sharing ensures consistency in care, and is very beneficial to a child’s learning

The classroom must be stimulating, and always evolving, with multiple learning opportunities. The classroom should reflect that children have a sense of belonging in the space, using it to learn, experiment, and be engage in their interests

Early Childhood Educators must be patient, kind, responsive and caring. As teachers of young learners, they must be eager lifelong learners too
